Bookings
All bookings must be made at least one week in advance; late bookings will incur additional fees. You must check into your hotel before we can start decorating. Please note that we do not handle hotel bookings or check-ins.
Booking Information
Please provide the details below to help us prepare your hotel room. This information should be included when sending your invoice or direct message on Instagram.

Note that parking costs are your responsibility. Contact the hotel for parking details. Parking fee needs to be sent with your final deposit payment.
Your room costs $100, and your deposit was $50. Therefore, your remaining balance is $50. There is a hotel parking fee of $20 for valet service. You need to send a remaining balance of $70 by noon on the day of your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking. We accept Apple Pay & Zelle payments. The remaining balance must be paid by noon on the event day. No deposit, No service.
Refunds
No refunds will be given. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you notify us 48 hours before your booking, you will have 90 days to choose a new date. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, but no changes can be made to the original booking we agreed upon.

Late Policy
More than 30 minutes late for your appointment !! you will have to rescheduled if I have another client that day. While we cannot guarantee a rescheduled time slot, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that there will be a rescheduling fee or LATE FEE of $50.
Must Agree Before Booking

Please be aware that a message will be sent to confirm that you have read our policies before we can discuss prices and bookings. You must agree to confirm that you are aware of our cancellation policies and fully understand that there will be no refund if you fail to follow our policy.
Furthermore, a deposit must be sent within 12 hours after booking an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
